3. Network operators

4. Select Search networks. Select IT&E or 310-110

APN Setup (Android Devices Only):

1. Go back to Mobile networks. Select Access Point Names

2. Select ADD

3. Enter name and APN as internet

iPhone Devices:

1. Go back to Settings. Select Cellular.

 

2. Select Network Selection.

 

3. Tap AUTOMATIC to turn off. Then select IT&E or 310-110.

Following the recent acquisition of iConnect by IT&E, you are now part of the IT&E family. To protect your personal data and privacy, your payment and other information was not transferred from iConnect to IT&E.

To continue using AutoPay as you have in the past, please visit any IT&E store to re-enroll and update your payment information. We encourage you to do so at your earliest convenience and start enjoying this service.

You can also opt for AutoPay and update your payment information when you sign up for online billing.

iConnect services will switch to IT&E soon. From 4PM on Monday 11/16 to Tuesday 6AM on 11/17 you may notice disruptions to SMS, voice & data.

During the migration, 411, 911 and 611 services may also be temporarily unavailable. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.

What you need to know about the network migration.

Which services may be disrupted?
  • • You may experience interruptions to Voice, SMS, and data. 411 for Operator Services, 911 for Emergency Services, and 611 for Maintenance Services may be impacted from 4 PM on Monday, November 16 to 6 AM on Tuesday, November 17.
  • • Prepaid customers will not be able to recharge or top-up their prepaid account or check their prepaid balances from 12 PM on Monday, November 16 to 6 AM on Tuesday November 17.
What you need to do?
  • • Prepaid customers should complete any recharge or top-up before 12 PM on Monday, November 16.
  • • If you experience “no network connection” after 6 AM on November 17, try restarting your device.
  • • If service is still not restored, check if the network is connected to the IT&E network. You can do this by checking your network in Settings. Visit any IT&E store or call 922-4483 for assistance if you continue to experience disruptions to your service
What happens to my postpaid plan after migration?
  • • Postpaid customers will remain with their current plans, or switch to IT&E’s Postpaid plans by visiting any IT&E store (hyperlink to Postpaid plans). Standard credit policy applies.
  • • You may contact IT&E Customer Care at (671) 922-4483 or live chat with a Representative for any assistance.
What happens to my prepaid plan after migration?

Starting November 17, Prepaid daily plan customers will enjoy 3 days of FREE local voice, text and data with IT&E. Prepaid weekly and monthly daily plan customers will enjoy 3 days of FREE local voice, text and data with IT&E after their plan expires. Subscribe to IT&E’s Prepaid daily plan to continue receiving data.

What services are discontinued?
  • • Prepaid Data Only plans will no longer be available on November 17.
  • • Prepaid voicemail will be discontinued.
  • • Visual voicemail will be discontinued. You will have access to your iConnect voicemail for 30 days by dialing 838-0100. You can access your IT&E voicemail account by dialing *86 or (671) 727-6245, the password is the last 4-digit of your phone number.
  • • Postpaid cellular can access iConnect voicemail for 30 days and will no longer be available after Dec. 17

 

For example: If your phone number is 838-1234, your IT&E voicemail password is 1234.

How do I recharge and check my prepaid account?
  • • To check your prepaid balance, dial *87
  • • To recharge, dial *333
What happens to my online billing services for postpaid?
  • • To protect your personal data and privacy, your payment and other information was not transferred from iConnect to IT&E for services such as online billing and AutoPay.
  • • We encourage you to update your payment information so you can continue to enjoy the benefits of this service.
  • • With online billing, you can see view all your statements, pay your bill, view your data usage and more. You can also sign up for AutoPay so that your bill will be paid on time and you will never miss a payment.
  • • You will receive an email with instructions for setting up your online billing account.
What happens to my voicemail?
  • • Once the switch-over is completed, your voicemail will be switched to the IT&E system. You can access the current voicemail system and messages until December 17, 2020 by dialing 838-0010.
  • • To set up your new IT&E voicemail, please dial *86 or call 727-6245. The password is the last 4-digit of your phone number.
  • • Postpaid cellular can access iConnect voicemail for 30 days and will no longer be available after Dec. 17.

For example: If your phone number is 838-1234, your IT&E voicemail password is 1234.

What happens if I continue to experience disruptions to services after the migration is completed?

If you experience disruptions to service after 6AM on Tuesday, November 17, please restart your device and check if you are connected to the IT&E network. You can check your network in Settings.

  • • For most Android devices:
    • • Select Settings -> Connections -> Mobile Networks -> Network Operators -> Select Manually -> Select “IT&E” or “310-110”
  •  • For iPhone:
    • • Select Settings -> Cellular -> Primary -> Network Selection
    • • Network should appear as “IT&E” or “310-110.” If not, tap on Network.
    • • Tap Automatic to turn on.
  • • For Mobile Hotspot SIM
    • • Insert Mobile Hotspot device SIM into a mobile device.
    • • Check network as described for Android and iPhone devices above.
    • • If using Android device, update APN by going to Settings -> Connections -> Mobile Networks -> Access Point Names -> Add. Then add Name and APN as internet.
    • • If using iPhone, the device should automatically update APN.
    • • Re-insert SIM into mobile hotspot device.
