Can I use the $50 Port-in Credit towards a handset purchase instead of receiving $50 off my next monthly statement?

The $50 Port-in Credit is not available with handset purchase. It can only be applied to monthly payments.

How do I transfer my number to IT&E?
  • When activating your plan, provide IT&E with your most current billing invoice from the carrier that you are porting out from.
  • Keep your line active with the carrier until your number is successfully ported to IT&E. Do not tell your carrier to disconnect your line. An associate will contact you once the port-in is successful.
    • Once it is successfully ported in, the old carrier will then disconnect the number on their end.
Can I get the Port-in Credit if I bring my own phone?

You can enjoy the $50 Port-in Credit when you sign up on BYP (Bring Your own Phone). Learn more about BYP here.
