    RAFFLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. Eligibility – The raffle is open to Guam and CNMI residents aged 18 years old and above who make qualifying purchases during the promotion period.
    Employees of IT&E and members of their immediate family members are eligible to win.
    2. Promotion Period – The raffle promotion is valid from May 1, 2024 to July 31, 2024 at all IT&E stores and participating locations.
    3. Automatic Entry – Qualifying purchases will automatically earn entries.
    4. Qualifying purchases – Eligible purchases within the promotional period for raffle entry include:
    a. $20 Prepaid Card =3 entries
    b. $10 Prepaid Card = 1 entry
    c. Prepaid SIM Kit with $10 Prepaid Card = 1 entry
    d. 4-Day Prepaid SIM Kit with a phone = 5 entries
    e. 7-Day Prepaid SIM Kit with a phone = 10 entries
    5. Prizes – The raffle prize will be $200 worth of gift certificates for Shell fuel. A total of one (1) winners will be randomly selected to each receive the prize during the promotion period.
    6. Winner notification – Winners will be notified via the phone number associated with the account. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within seven (7) days of notification a new winner will be selected.
    7. Conditions – The raffle is subject to availability and applicable laws. Void where prohibited. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
    8. Disqualification – Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the raffle may be a violation of applicable
    criminal and civil laws, resulting in disqualification from participation in the raffle.
    9. Modification of terms – IT&E reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle in the event of unforeseen circumstances or if the integrity of the raffle is compromised, without prior notice.
