ITE’s Guam home internet provides home internet service through Point-to-Multipoint using radio waves, eliminating the need for underground wireline installations. An antenna is required to be bolted to the side of your home to provide service.

Yes, however, the home internet service is available to selected areas on Guam at this time. Our team is working on adding more available regions. You may email the following IT&E Representative to see if your home is within the coverage area.

The employee must sign a Salary Deduction form for the PTMP equipment and router.

• • Salary deduction for PTMP equipment will be charged if the employee terminates the service and does not return the PTMP equipment and router.

• • Must be an IP&E employee to avail of the Employee price.

Terms and Conditions:

• • The PTMP equipment and router device remain the property of IT&E. In the event service is canceled or terminated, the employee must return the PTMP equipment and router. • Bandwidth is flexible can purchase speed based on need.

• The receiver and the transmitter require a line of sight to communicate. Trees or large buildings make this communication challenging in some areas.
• The connection isn’t always reliable due to strong weather conditions.
