Who is eligible to be on a payment plan?
You may be eligible for a payment plan if you have any account balance that is past due.
How do I know if I have a past due balance on my IT&E account?
You can verify if you have a past due balance by checking your invoice. Look for the “Account Information” section. Then, find the “Summary of Charges” column. Your past due balance is listed as “Previous Balance.” Please see sample below:
