Are IT&E prepaid phone kits/accessories/long distance cards part of the promotion?
No, only IT&E Prepaid Wireless cards and IT&E Sim kits are eligible transactions.
May I use my fuel coupon for any type of fuel?
Yes, the $5 Fuel coupon may be used for Regular, V-Power, or Diesel fuel transactions.
Does the customer have to use the fuel coupon at the time of purchase?
No, the customer does not need to redeem their fuel coupon at the time of issuance. All coupons regardless of when they are earned will expire on April 30, 2025.
How does the customer redeem their $5 fuel coupon?
All $5 Fuel Coupons MUST have a copy of the original transaction attached at time of redemption as proof of validity. If a coupon is presented without the receipt of purchase attached, the coupon will be unredeemable and no longer valid.
What happens if a customer does not use their coupon before the April 30, 2025 expiration?
Customers MUST redeem their $5 Fuel coupon before midnight of May 1, 2025. No extensions will be allowed, and coupons will no longer be valid after the expiration date. No exceptions.
May I exchange my coupon for cash or other products?
No, $5 Fuel coupons hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for any type of C-store products.
