Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) Notice

PTI, MTC, and PTI Pacifica Inc. d/b/a IT&E respects the privacy of our customers and does everything possible to protect the information found in your account records. Our customers have the right to restrict the use of, disclosure of, and access to their Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI).

CPNI is defined as any information that relates to the quantity, technical configuration, type, destination or amount of use of a telecommunications service subscribed to by our customer. It is also defined as the information contained in the bill such as telephone exchange service and telephone toll service received by our customer.

If requested, PTI, MTC, and PTI Pacifica Inc. d/b/a IT&E will provide account information to our customers in one of the following ways:

  1. Recorded password is verified when calling in with a question about CPNI;
  2. Calling the primary telephone number on record to provide account information;
  3. Mailing or emailing the information to the address of record; or
  4. We may provide the information at our office if we are presented with valid photo identification and the individual so identified is on the account.

We do not anticipate these rules to interfere with our quality of customer care.

Note: IT&E and IT&E affiliates may notify you about innovative service offerings or service packages available to you. You may opt-out from this feature by notifying us within 30 days of signing up for service. If you wish to opt-out email us at itesupport@itehq.net. In your e-mail, provide the (1) name that appears on your account with IT&E, the (2) telephone number associated with your account and a (3) statement that you wish us to “restrict the use of my CPNI.”
