    A customer service representative will call you on Friday, November 29, 2024 to coordinate pick-up at our Harmon store.

    Purchase online Monday-Thursday and we’ll have your phone activated and ready for pick up the next business day at your preferred store location that you have selected. If you purchase online on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your phone will be ready for pick up the following Monday (Guam), Tuesday (Saipan), Wednesday (Rota), or Thursday (Tinian). An IT&E service representative will contact you to confirm when your phone is ready for pickup.

    *Non-refundable. NOT AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS. Same day pick-up orders for Harmon & CNMI locations must be made before 2PM. All other locations must be made before 5PM. An IT&E customer service agent will contact you when your phone is ready for pickup. Customers have until the close of business for each location to pick up their same day unit. $10 same day processing fee is non-refundable if the customer does not make it to the store to pick up their unit that day.
