RAFFLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility
The raffle is open to Guam and CNMI residents aged 18 years old and above who make qualifying purchases or transactions during the promotion period.
2. Promotion Period
The raffle promotion is valid from 10/01/24 to 12/22/24 at all IT&E locations.
3. Qualifying purchases and transaction
Eligible purchases and transactions within the promotional period for raffle entry include:
- New activations and contract renewals – mobile and home internet plans
- New activations and contract renewals – mobile and home internet Bundles
- Top up or activate $20 Untie Prepaid Card
- Top up or activate $10 Unite Prepaid Card
- 4-day Prepaid SIM Kit
- 7-day Prepaid SIM Kit
- Register on IT&E Prepaid Portal
- Payment by the 15th of the month and set up AutoPay.
4. Automatic electronic entry
Electronic entries will be automatically recorded upon completion of qualifying purchases and transactions.
5. Winner selection and notification
Winners will be randomly selected and will be notified via the phone number associated with the account. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within seven (7) days of notification a new winner will be selected.
6. Conditions
The raffle is subject to availability and applicable laws. Void where prohibited. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
7. Disqualification
Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the raffle may be a violation of applicable criminal and civil laws, resulting in disqualification from participation in the raffle.
8. Modification of terms
IT&E reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle in the event of unforeseen circumstances or if the integrity of the raffle is compromised, without prior notice.
No purchase necessary. To enter, visit any IT&E store during the entry period and request an entry form. Limit one (1) raffle entry per day. All walk-in entries must be submitted to IT&E by December 22, 2024.
