The next stage of mobile technology is coming!
To improve and enhance your mobile experience, we have started to decommission our 3G voice network in Guam. 3G voice services will no longer be available in certain areas.
What this means for you:
- To avoid voice service disruptions, enable Voice Over LTE (VOLTE) settings on your phone.
- If you’re using an iPhone 5, Samsung Galaxy S20 or earlier models, you need to upgrade to a Voice Over LTE capable phone to continue enjoying seamless service.
Here’s how to enable Voice Over LTE on capable device (iPhone 6 or Samsung Galaxy S21 or later):
- Samsung – Go to SETTINGS → CONNECTIONS → MOBILE NETWORKS. Tap VOLTE CALLS SIM to switch on. Restart device.
- iPhone – Go to SETTINGS → MOBILE DATA → MOBILE DATA OPTIONS → VOICE & DATA. Tap VOLTE to switch on. Restart device.
