    Purchase online Monday-Thursday and we’ll have your phone activated and ready for pickup the next business day at your preferred store location that you have selected above. If you purchase online on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the phone will be ready for pickup the following Monday. An IT&E customer service agent will contact you when your phone is ready for pickup.

    *Non-refundable. Same day pick-up orders for Harmon & CNMI locations must be made before 2PM. All other locations must be made before 5PM. An IT&E customer service agent will contact you when your phone is ready for pickup. Customers have until the close of business for each location to pick up their same day unit. $10 same day processing fee is non-refundable if the customer does not make it to the store to pick up their unit that day.
