If you’re switching to IT&E and wish to keep your current local phone number, then at the time when you receive your new phone, you’ll be asked to provide an official government I.D., as well as current bill/invoice displaying that phone number from your current wireless phone service provider.
Purchase online Monday-Thursday and we’ll have your phone activated and ready for pickup the next business day at your preferred store location that you have selected above. If you purchase online on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the phone will be ready for pickup the following Monday. An IT&E customer service agent will contact you when your phone is ready for pickup.
