If you’re switching to IT&E and wish to keep your current local phone number, we’ll give you an additional FREE month of service. Please bring your current bill/invoice from your current wireless phone service provider that has the phone number and an official government ID when you come to pick up your new sim in store.
We’ll verify that your phone is compatible with our IT&E Network when we see you at the time of pick-up. Please bring your phone with you. Generally, phones that meet the following specifications are compatible:
- Guam customers: 19000mhz WCDMA/LTE
- CNMI customers: 850mhz WCDMA or 1900mhz LTE
Purchase online Monday-Thursday and we’ll have your SIM configured and ready for pickup the next business day at your preferred store location that you have selected above. If you purchase online on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the SIM will be ready for pickup the following Monday. An IT&E customer service agent will contact you when your phone is ready for pickup.
Postpaid accounts will not be subject to prorated fee during this promotion. This promotion is valid for new activations only. Amount of time of free service which will be calculated at the time of activation by our Customer Service Representative. A security deposit (one month billing) will be added to your shopping cart with this purchase.
