1. What will my $10 be used for?

Your $10 will be applied to your final purchase of the Samsung Galaxy Note8.

2. Is my $10 refundable?

Your $10 is refundable; however, please note that it takes 5-7 days for credit card reimbursements.  Your $10 refund will also forfeit your Samsung Galaxy Note8 reservation, free accessories, and double data.

3. What is the price of the Samsung Galaxy Note8?

IT&E is unable to disclose our pricing of the Samsung Galaxy Note8 until given authorization from Samsung.  We will announce our pricing as soon as it becomes available.  Your pre-order guarantees you first dibs on our inventory.

4. Do I have to sign up on a plan to still get the free accessories when reserving the Note8 online?

No, you don’t need to be on a plan to get your FREE accessories.

5. When will I get my free accessories and double data?

You will receive your free tempered glass and charging cord upon final purchase of your Samsung Galaxy Note8.

6. Is Double Data applicable on all your plans?

No, double data is only applicable on the $50, $70, & $80 plans.

7. How will I know when my phone is ready for pick-up?

An IT&E Customer Service Representative will contact you at the phone number you provide to let you know when your phone is ready for pick-up.
