1.       What will my $10 be used for?

Your $10 will be applied towards your final purchase of your iPhone.

2.       Is my $10 reservation fee refundable?

Your $10 is refundable; however, please note that it takes 5 – 7 days for credit card reimbursements. Your $10 refund will also forfeit your iPhone reservation, free $10 iTunes Gift Card, and double data.

3.       What are the prices of the iPhone 8 & iPhone 8 Plus?

IT&E is unable to disclose our pricing of the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus.  We will announce our pricing as soon as it becomes available. Your pre-order guarantees you first dibs on our inventory.

4.       Would I have to sign up on a plan to receive the FREE $10 iTunes Gift Card?

No, you don’t need to sign up on a plan to receive the Free $10 iTunes Gift Card.

5.       Will I be receiving the FREE $10 iTunes Gift Card if I purchase my pre-ordered iPhone8 or iPhone 8 Plus at the outright/prepaid price?

Yes, you will receive the FREE $10 iTunes Gift Card if you pre-order and purchase an iPhone 8 or iPhone 8 Plus at the outright/prepaid price.

6.       When will I receive my FREE $10 iTunes Gift Card?

You will receive your FREE $10 iTunes Gift Card upon final purchase of your iPhone 8 or iPhone 8 Plus!

7.       Is Double Data applicable on all your plans?

No, double data is only applicable on our $50, $70, & $80 single plans.

8.       Would I have to sign up on a contract to receive Double Data?

Yes, in order to receive Double Data on your plan, you must be on a 12 or 24 month contract.

9.       How will I know when my phone is ready for pick-up?

An IT&E Customer Service Representative will contact you at the phone number you have provided to let you know when your phone is ready for pick-up.
